Jo is the best groomer ever, she’s precise, accurate and gentle, she always listens to what I want and I get exactly what I ask for and my dog comes out looking absolutely perfect. Having a poodle is traumatic for them to be groomed and Jo manages to keep her calm and relaxed. Thanks Jo
Massive thank you to jo-Ann for giving my cocker spaniel a lovely looking coat, he has never looked so gorgeous, she was very friendly as well and good venue would give more stars if I could, will be recommending her to all my doggie friends
Jo-Ann did a great job, she's very friendly and really good with my dog. My dog's coat doesn't need cutting but she gave her a wash and clipped her nails, and she came back shiny and happy!
My dog came back smelling of wet dog, she definately had not been washed or if she had not with shampoo as she usually smells lovely after grooms. One ear had been forgotten and her fur was jagged in places especially around the feet and tail we didn't feel like much care had been taken at all and decided not to return.
I took my poodle for a groom and she came back happy and looked fantastic.
