   Friend tried to be nice and send some flowers as a thank you. They didn't turn up on the day they were ordered (despite my friend paying for same day delivery), and on the day they were delivered, they delivered to the wrong house, on the wrong road. I had no idea these flowers were arriving as it was supposed to be a surprise and then I've had to go on a wild goose chase to try and get the flowers, causing stress which I don't need, I now have the flowers days after they were supposed to be delivered, no thanks to this business. The staff were extremely rude on the phone to my friend when she tried to find out where they are which is appalling behaviour from someone trying to run a business. Avoid this company, there are much nicer florists who deserve business in the area than these.

   We recently contacted Denise's Florist to create a personalised tribute arrangement for a colleague we lost and a bereavement arrangement for his family and we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect than what we received. Their team helped us with every little detail right down to delivering the flowers to the funeral directors. We will definitely be using Denise's Florist again in the future.

   BRILLIANT SERVICE. I cannot recommend this florist highly enough. Denise was absolutely brilliant during all the pre wedding discussions, respectful of the wishes of the bride whilst offering practical advice about appropriate flowers. The finished results were just BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely stunning and they lasted really well, despite it being hot day. Professional service. Wedding day flowers were delivered to the minute at the right time and she delivered the pedestals to the church, the day before the wedding. Denise was incredibly accommodating and flexible. Just perfect service and stunning flowers. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

   Denise created a few floral pieces for my dad's funeral, including a really beautiful floral cross. I had a specific picture and an idea in my head and Denise really fulfilled my expectations. Not only that but she also managed to work so well to such a tight schedule when the cross didn't arrive on time. So grateful that your flexibility and hard work helped us to avoid a mini disaster on a really important day. Really great service and a super super lovely woman, thank you so much we all appreciated the flowers!

   My flowers from Denise's were gorgeous. I received a bouquet two weeks ago and they still are looking good. Every arrangement or bouquet that I've bought has been gorgeous and good value for money. The staff are so helpful too. Great service. Highly recommended.
