   Visited on 21/6/25 at 17:40, female self serve was obnoxious and certainly didn't listen, spoke over me to the point I just wanted to leave. No offence, but let someone actually talk so you UNDERSTAND what the customer is actually asking instead of you assuming and being aggressive.

   Wonderful experience whenever I shop at this Poundland location. Staff are friendly, generally a clean and tidy shop, staff always happy to jump onto a till in the morning when the self-checkouts are closed. Had the odd one or two times where an item wasn't in stock, but suitable alternatives are. I go here roughly twice a week between 8am and 9am, have never had any issues with staff or anything negative to say. Lovely place, will continue to shop here.

   The staff were friendly and helpful. The shop opens at 7.30am - 6.00pm Mon - Sat and 10.30am - 4.30pm on Sunday. This shop sells all sorts of items (food, drinks, kids toys, diy items, washing liquid, toiletries, bleach, toilet rolls, kitchen utensils, tea towels, towels, plants, seeds and clothes). This shop is good if you've got to stick to a budget for items.

   No stars, if a nightmare experience is what you want go here. Nothing is a pound and I was treated like a criminal because one of their employees put the wrong sticker on a .label. I wasted my precious time not only shopping and waiting in line, but sitting through a series of phone calls and incompetent managers telling me they weren't going to sell as marked.I will never shop at this or any other poundland again. Hope it was worth it.

   There are a wide selection if products available to buy here including a new clothing range which is great for kids school uniforms. You really can't go wrong with Poundland. The store is wheelchair friendly and with the addition of self service check out points shopping can be stress free.
