   Sabrina is one of the first members of staff you see as you enter boots, and she is always so friendly and helpful, and has extremely good customer service skills. I have been lucky to have been given a couple of Benefit cosmetic makeovers recently, and she is credit to the store. She has convinced me to try out a whole new brand of make up and has helped me understand what looks I feel comfortable in and which also suit me and make me feel more confident. Sabrina is the best worker I have seen ever and made me feel so welcome and has very good conversation skill and has helped me become more confident in make up as a whole. The picture below has to be one of my favourite and made me feel so happy and like I can feel myself (excuse my tongue). I loved the new brow products and all of the skin care products as well.

   Their stock checker is a bloody joke! I'm driving between all Boots stores in Weston where it says the item is in stock but it's not! Misleading and deceiving! What's the point of having this function if it never works?! Waste of people's time!

   Unhelpfully staff on a shopfloor. Always queues on a tills... never anybody on lancome stand.... not much stock, always have to order things as mist things out of stock... shame as I liked boots in a past

   You are lucky if the pharmacy team replies to your phone calls. I have been trying to reach them for the last 40 minutes non stop to check if my prescription is finally ready. I have an eye infection, it is the third day without the prescribed medication because they "dont have it yet" and my eyes are only getting worse. Very bad service!!

   This is a big Boots right opposite the Sovereign Centre, so it's incredibly convenient! Like all Boots, it has a massive range of things as well as the pharmacy section and can be good for presents for people you don't know that well! I went there recently to print off some photos, and only 2 out of 4 the machines were working. I was also really disappointed with the quality of the photos considering it certainly wasn't cheap! I probably won't get photos printed at Boots again; I've don't it in the past, but the quality has really diminished. Online is better and cheaper!
