Should realise customers are not to be communicated with.     Surprisingly good prices! It's a little out of the way from my usual places but seeing the prices I think I'll be going there instead of my usual supermarket. The staff are friendly and chatty too, loved it!

    Went in for make up. Wanted help as couldn't find a tester for the shade I wanted. Assistant was busy texting although helpful when I asked but no follow up as went back to her phone.

    Wrong price charged for one of my purchases. This keeps happening st Superdrug. Get your systems in order! It cost me and everyone else time and money to return stuff. This should not be my/our problem!!

    Terrible. Staff are slow and are more interested in getting you to sign up for a loyalty card than serving the queue that goes to the back of the store. Poor choice of products, drinks fridge always empty, chocolate bars and crisps often out of date. Won't go here again, will go to Boots.

    Always find what I need here. There's always a new bargain to find. Staff are friendly, it's clean and tidy and pleasant to visit. Staff are happy to let customers browse in peace and not too pushy. There is a wide range of make up and perfumes. Also the free superdrug magazine is pretty good.
