After first visit with our dog Rufus, we are very happy with his cut and groom. Friendly owner & staff. Very useful being opposite the Hawley Garden Centre, so don't have to go far to wait for an hour.
Always excellent. So caring with every dog that I have seen. My puppy Poppy absolutely loves going there, nervous dog in the beginning, but never had a worry. Cannot recommend Vicky enough, if you’re lucky enough to have her as your groomer, you’re in very safe hands. Superb
Vicky does an amazing job every time Cooper visits. She’s flexible, friendly and professional. She’s also sensitive to Cooper’s needs (a sensitive dog!) and the groom is always lovely looking. I would highly recommend!
Been using Vicky for a number of years now I’m always pleased with the results. I feel comfortable leaving my dog in her hands and most importantly my dog seems happy when I drop him off and pick him up. Would 100% recommend

Absolutely wonderful dog groomer, been trimming Pippa for nearly 11 years. Such a lovely lady with a beautiful caring nature with the dogs.
Vicky has been Caley's groomer for 15 years. Caley is a 16 year old JRT and is very quirky so although Vicky is so gentle and kind with Caley, it seems my dog always gets very nervous even after all these years. I'd highly recommend Vicky & her calm approach to nervous dogs is amazing.
