   Very disappointing and embarrassing experience I had an extremely uncomfortable experience in this store. An Indian lady staff member told me not to touch a Christmas jumper before even checking the item properly. Her tone and behaviour were unnecessary and disrespectful, especially considering the situation. What made this worse was that she openly embraced an elderly customer shortly after, which clearly shows inconsistent and unfair treatment. This behaviour was unprofessional and left me feeling embarrassed in front of others. Even more disappointing, the manager was aware of what happened and chose not to take any action at all. This lack of response sends the message that such behaviour is acceptable, which it absolutely is not. I hope senior management reviews CCTV footage, provides proper staff training on customer service and equality, and takes this complaint seriously. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of who they are. I expect a response and clear action taken to ensure this does not happen again.

   Great for home deliveries. The prices and offers are good. The drivers are always pleasant and on time. I had to knock a star off because the fresh fruit and vegetables are terrible and rot very quickly if not already rotting. The cupboard and frozen food are spot on though.

   Dear ceo for iceland including senior manger. This email shouldn't be sent if the incident didn't happen  tonight. This evening  I vist nuearton  shopping centre  then went in to Iceland  do some frozen shopping. Approx 17.45 pm 18.00 while in shop I notice younger looking  lad and staff members on the shop floor also. While on first section  looking  what I need the young looking  lad came out to No exit bit whete member of staff stopped  which looked like he was stealing  or attempted to deal. Up on me being on the phone too my partner,  I could member  of staff stopping the younger  lad from leaving and trying put the younger  lad too floor this bit carried on outside result in younger  lad assaulting  the member of staff. I found the my vist  really extremely  shocked  and way a member of staff put me at risk has a customer  and is staff members too. It's was first time I visited the nuearton Iceland  and wouldn't visti it again. I spent approx 98.00 in shop tonight  and don't got in to shop too wintenes  that when it could of been prevented. I aspect the younger  lad shouldn't  of attack staff members  but what staff members  caused  the incident  too carry and way it turned  out. Can I ask this is looked into a matter of urgency people could got hurt tonight. I am experiencing store manager in retail its shocked me compete THS IS COMPLETE SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING

   Lovely place to shop to get not only frozen goods but a good selection of fresh produce too including fruit, veg, bread and eggs. Competitive prices and good range of products. Staff are friendly and helpful and their home delivery service is great too

   I'm sorry I cannot post positively due to queues that weren't addressed, despite asking eventually if a staff member on the shop floor could possibly get assistant to help as the cashier was helping a customer. Eventually help appeared in the shape of an extremely rude, clearly irritated and damn annoyed at having to 'work the till' person. He spoke in the most appalling way to the solitary cashier, with attitude and of manner that was totally humiliating. I felt so embarrassed on her behalf I told him that she had done nothing wrong and was in no way to blame for the queue. Maybe she was new, or totally absorbed in helping the current customer. No-one likes qs but they are part of shopping! I certainly would not employ this male in my store and I would hope that training issues and public behaviour be addressed for the reputation of the company.

   Ordered online, had a text the delivery would arrive at 12:30 it came earlier and I missed the delivery. Tried calling driver no response, phoned the store repeatedly for an hour and nobody answered the phone. Have no idea if they will try to deliver again or what? Bad customer service with poor timing. I got home for 12.12 and I'd missed the delivery that was apparently coming at 12:30. Ridiculous!
