   My husband bought me a necklace from this place as a gift and when I went to wear it found it has a knot thank to the way it was packed for customer when we took it back , it was our fault as we didn't have a receipt surely , for a company that job is to sell jewelry and watches there should be paper copies , if the Internet was great we wouldn't have need for passwordz

   Very bad service. I wanted to leave a ring for money. The ring was platinum with a diamond. In the contract he wrote ring with glass stones. And plus very cheap appreciate. No like this place. I think they are interested in stealing me. Give me back a simple ring with simple stones, not with a diamond. Then I left nothing. Not worth it. Be careful. ...

   Amazing service from Karen, always goes above and beyond for customers and genuinely cares for people which is so hard to find in retail, and has always been highly professional in every situation, even when dealing with some truly awful people that have been verbally abusive to her and other staff in Harrow. The shop is great and the staff work hard to keep their customers happy and loyal. Will be visiting again very soon to purchase a beautiful ring and to buy some euros, and I know I'll get a great price and great service yet again.
