Poor quality stock. Tried selling stuff to the guy and he tried ripping me off. Also all the videogames + tech is just rejected items from CeX. That are filthy and in poor condition. Do not try and sell here go somewhere else that won’t rip you off
Absolutely brilliant, initially exchanged a few emails, just to see and check if the items would be of interest. Went into our local Wants store and concluded the sale. Great service, with a good price given. I’ve a few more items to sort through and take in.
The staff at the St Austell Wants store are always Friendly, every time I have sold items to them I’m offered a fair price compared with similar shops etc. if they have large stock of a particular item they may not want to buy the item from you but you will be told the reason why. Never had a problem in the store. Wish more places like this existed.
I had a wonderful experience at Wants! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping customers, which enhanced my visit. I also love Want’s commitment to sustainability. I highly recommend Wants for anyone looking for unique finds and a delightful shopping experience.
Polite staff but unlike other Wants I've visited, many games didn't have visible prices (or price stickers at all) requiring a lot of time waiting for the cashier to decide what to charge. When an item was also available at CEX, it either cost more or was the same price, though I would trust a purchase from CEX an awful lot more (especially with the new 5 year warranty). Wouldn't discourage buying games from here, but if I get another chance to visit St Austell, I would make my first stop Total Replay instead, that store had such a different atmosphere, better prices and better stock!
Absolutely spot on, polite and I've had excellent service both times I've been into the store.
My misses spent £250 pound on a clearly stated unlocked iphone 8. And when she called to say shes coming back to get it refunded as it was locked. Typically they had shut early and wasnt open again until thrusday. Went to fone mechaniks and they tested all sims with vodafone last. Vodafone was the only sim it didnt reject. And the only sim that cant be unlocked was vodafone without a previous number from 6 months before. Instead of going back to you. We just decided shell stay on vodafone. Change her number. And keep the nice phone. And just bear in mind your not as good a shop as what i had thought you to be.
Really nice people to deal with. I discovered the very model of watch that I've wanted for years. It's discontinued now, so it was unbelievably good fortune to stumble across one in 'Wants'. It is in absolutely near mint condition and the price was very competitive. 'Wants Cash Centre' is probably one of the best reasons to visit St Austell.
Good selection of used electrical goods at competitive prices. Worth a look if you're walking by!
