   I brought some flowers from here a few days ago and they cost me £30. The size of the bouquet was shocking and only had about 14 flowers. Very poor and won’t shop here again.

   Just tried to call and order some flowers for Mothers day! Very abrupt lady answered my call, sounded very stressed. Won't be ordering again, I've ordered lots of flowers from this company but won't won't be ordering again! Word of advice.....if you can't cope with the stress of Mothers day then you should NOT be in business.

   I took a chance and asked the staff at The Floral Box to create a bouquet with the freshest blooms for my wife's birthday. They exceeded my expectations! The bouquet was absolutely stunning and filled our home with a delightful floral fragrance. Even after 10 days, the flowers are still thriving, each one opening up beautifully. Highly recommend their exceptional service and quality flowers!

   I ordered some flowers for a colleague who had a member of her family pass away. The Floral Box were amazing to deal with and were able to deliver on the same day. Unfortunately I had the incorrect address so they could not be delivered. The communication was great and even though the new address was considerably further they went above and beyond to make sure the flowers arrived safely. Thank you so much for your kind help and the flowers were fantastic too. What a great team and a credit to small business - 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you.
