Remains a good place to shop for healthcare products, perfumes at reasonable prices. Pharmacists are very helpful, and the orders don't take long to be completed. Loyality cards are a bonus. Drinks and snacks/ sandwiches are also available.

This is located in the Market area of Rugby. Very easily accessible store - you can park in Asda and walk down here. The store is well staffed - all eye checking is on the basis of appointments. Very quick and good service. You can complete your eye checks in about 20 minutes.

I wouldn't give Boots Rugby shopping centre any stars if that was possible. I have paid for yearly deliveries of my prescription every week but only get them occasionally. I need my scripts regularly or land up in bed for four days. I can never get hold of them when I phone to remind them as they DON'T answer the phone, I will spend half an hour with the phone ringing and then be told the person can't come to the phone. I keep ringing all day every day and same thing happens. They need to get someone to answer the phones. I would advise people to go elsewhere.

Great service the taxi was after 10 minutes from the order, I was able to be connected on the line with an advisor who took an order in a very kindly manner. The price I paid for the course was quit expensive but that was weekends rate so I suppose it was okay.

Where do I start . . . this establishment is possibly the worst Boots store I’ve ever visited . . . I’ve given it one star to highlight this fact and to warn potential customers just how bad it is. Terrible customer service, slow, and with a lack of supporting staff to help, this ultimately has a knock effect on how the rest of the store operates. Tills at the front of the store were removed and you now have to queue at the Pharmacy or the perfume counters (if it’s open) where there is no real queuing system. During a recent trip (before the lockdown) I reluctantly visited the store to pick up a prescription for my mother. Three trips later they still hadn’t got the order correct and made no attempt a) to call me (which they said they would) b) contact my mother’s GP to correct the order. I’m completely bewildered why this store has survived . . . It’s abysmal. Avoid.

Total incompetence. Every time I have been to pick up my prescriptions at a day that they have specified they have not been there. In this occassion it was the 1st of feb. Gave it two days extra and went in. They had not even requested it! I was told to go back the following Wed and phoned to confirm Mon. All fine. Get there told they hadn't got some items and only parts of others. I run out of four medictions. This was Friday 10/2. There was a big crowd all with complaints about the pharmacy some getting very irate.I just left and said I would phone them. Have to give one star to post this but def minus!!!!
