This review is specific to Luke Hartley, Senior Partner at Harley Ross. My experience of the service, advice and assistance provided by Luke is that he delivers to a five star level. He went to considerable effort to learn about and understand my future plans and attitude to risk; helpfully discussing and challenging both aspects to ensure that I could start looking at the next steps with a very clear sense of direction. Luke helped me think through what and how I need to invest in order to achieve the future I envisage within the risk barriers that I need to feel safe. He took a good deal of time to help me understand the products he would recommend and demonstrate how they match my requirements while also highlighting potential risks. Luke is extremely approachable and responsive - no question feels stupid and answers are not wrapped in gobbledegook. A huge bonus is the very easy to use online platform both for the management and tracking of my portfolio and for ongoing engagement with Hartley Ross. I was extremely nervous about engaging with a Financial Advisor and all I can say now is that I am sorry I left it so long. The charge paid, for me, is far outweighed by the benefits I have now received.
