   The pharmacy staff have provided first class care and support for over 16 years - both with the regular prescriptions they prepare for the dossett boxes, and all extra medications required as necessary. The pharmacists themselves are incredibly knowledgable and offer extra helpful advice when additional care might be needed with medicines ie around contraindications, dosage variability and course maintenance. I have become reliant on their experience and expertise whrn coping with multiple chronic illnesses, and cannot rate them highly enough. So grateful!

   Always bargain here I purchased Rimmel Multi tasker eye liner and some other things but it came to a whopping £50.00 so looking pretty is not cheap that's for sure I think if your are ash strapped you might want to look for an alternative because I was shocked at the cost for such a priety small shop. Parking I'm Newport well ye plenty of car parks friar walk car park is nearest for this shop there is a small car park opposite the bingo place near the Liddle store that's free for disabled people but this is nearly always full worth a visit perhaps but the make-up in Super drug works out cheaper without the brand names that's for sure

   Good one. They have refund my product which is not giving good results. But if you compare the refund policies with USA then your result will be zero. Refund policies and customer satisfaction of USA is fabulous. No one can beat. Even they can refund your open products if result is not guaranteed.

   I wanted to buy cough mixture today but representative of pharmacy (woman in glasses) said: too soon... Customers have to suffer flu and do not buy medicines because pharmacy team member said: too soon... avoid this place

   The thing I really appreciate about this store is the excellent service at the pharmacy at the back. Generally products of equivalent quality a lot cheaper than Boots.

   The female pharmacist here at Newport Superdrug store is a wonder to behold. Stress management, wellbeing and physical health problems are part of my witness to the caring and professional prowess experienced by myself and other patrons of my family. I am a 70 year old retired man, i have an itchy skin condition which is at times torture for me. Creams offer little aid, but the pharmacist put me on the right track giving me advice and pertinent medication. A big thank you from my heart... Coolcol Local Guide.

   Weirdly no cosmetics from own brand available in store (like Vegan B. collection or their own hair dye), just doesn't make any sense. Have to order online all time, while been in store meantime multiple times. Hard to understand such business. Otherwise good.

   Attended this store to collect a prescription and purchase a few items and the female behind the counter of the pharmacy was so rude to myself and a previous customer. She has no manners, she is loud and very unhelpful, I challenged her attitude and she said I was the rude one. I felt like slapping her and I will never step foot in this store again, all the other staff are helpful enough. She shouldn't be doing this line of work if she can't cope with the public face to face and I notice the previous review has had the same trouble as well. Such a shame as this store is great for makeup, perfume and hair products, the prices are good value also.super drug you need hire someone else.
