Phoned to order a bouquet for a lady that just lost her husband , she said that they would be ready by the afternoon & delivered. As I live far from the shop , I asked if they could take a photo of the bouquet & email me the photo but nothing has come through a little disappointed.
I just want to say a very big thank you to the amazing florist Natalie who helped me get the flowers I needed last minute for a funeral. On the day itself this Natalie went above and beyond for me, she told me to go home and get ready while she sorted the flowers out for me, Natalie later arrived outside my home doing the finishing touches to my flowers. I have never been so grateful for such a wonderful service that was provided to me at a time of need. Truly grateful & highly recommended by myself. Big thank you Petula x
I live in Canada and when our Aunty in Wales passed away, my cousin suggested using Hearts and Flowers. I'm so glad I did. I spoke briefly on the phone to Natalie and told her we wanted red and white flowers to represent our family in Canada. They did a beautiful arrangement and sent me pictures of the flowers so we could all see. She made sure it was at the funeral home in plenty of time for the service. Natalie made it very easy and was able to address all my concerns and kept in contact with me via email. She was extremely friendly and courteous on the phone. Thank you again Natalie for making sure our flowers arrived in time for my Aunty's service and for the beautiful arrangement
Natalie was absolutely amazing from the start. I told her about the bespoke pieces that we wanted, and nothing phased her! She showed me examples of previous work, and I trusted that she could deliver on her word! She truly did! We were over the moon with the flowers for my Bamps funeral. She really does go over and above what is expected, and is so talented at what she does. Thank you so much ❤️
Ordered a funeral sheaf for much loved family member. Was disappointed and embarrassed by flowers sent. Very few flowers and small arrangement, could have done better myself with a £10 bunch from Asda instead of £50 for Hearts & Flowers offering. Did complain to florist but they didn't respond. Will never use again.
Hearts and flowers created the most amazing casket spray for my fathers funeral. We asked for a Scottish theme with thistles and Heather and what they created exceeded our expectations. Everyone commented on how lovely the display was. I can’t recommend them enough
I emailed the florist (Natalie ) as I wanted a specific time for the flowers to be delivered, a six hour slot for when my partner was in work. All was agreed and told that they would be delivered within the 6 hour time slot, this was all agreed 2 weeks before the date. They turned up 2 hours early so the grand gesture seemed ruined and to top it all off the flowers were nice however a few looked a bit brown and don't think they are going to last more than a couple of days!!! Really dissapointed and wish she could have been honest about delivery times. For the price other florists can do better.
I have used Hearts and flowers for several years and been very satisfied. However when I recently purchased a bouquet for my wifes birthday I was a little dissapointed. All instructions were followed carefully but the flowers had to be returned after just 2 days because they were dropping and wilting, the bouquet was presented very well but the flowers were not fresh. The flowers have since been replaced.
