   I Bought my wife some flowers for our wedding anniversary, the flowers arrived last Friday 9th May & my wife was really impressed with them. Unfortunately, by Monday some of the flowers had started to die. I spoke to Isabel on Wednesday & she said she would do us another bouquet. No problems, brilliant service & lovely replacement. From the start she has been great - with a few meetings beforehand to go through what type of arrangements we would like / colours / types of flowers right through to service and delivery on the day!
