Lovely bunch of flowers. I asked for a red box as I prefer the colour and they managed to get me one. Only negative was that these flowers had a £30 price on them and they tried to charge me £40.
I ordered 50 roses and was extremely disappointed with both the product and the service I received. I showed the staff a video for inspiration, and I was assured that they would do their best and that the final result would be amazing. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. I was charged £20 just for the wrapping, yet the bouquet was poorly cell-taped, badly wrapped, and the overall presentation was not nice at all. To make matters worse, some of the roses were ripped, which is unacceptable for such a large and expensive order. I initially wanted to speak to the staff to have this resolved calmly. Instead, I was met with rudeness, staff talking over me, and a complete refusal to take responsibility. That kind of attitude is not a good look for any business, especially when a customer is simply asking for accountability. What’s most disappointing is that this situation could have been easily fixed if the staff had actually listened rather than interrupting and being dismissive. Because of this experience, I will definitely not be returning.

Don't trust negative reviews, I've not used this florist before I'm ashamed to say! The florist has been a part of Cwmbran shopping for 30 years! Such a beautiful smelling bouquet of roses and lilies. I really hope this stall stays as Cwmbran continues to lose yet more stores. This is my go to florist from now on. You promised a really nice bouquet as I turned up early and you didn't disappoint!
