    I needed a quick fix to a big problem and Flowered by Design we're brilliant. They were closed when I got there at 4pm as they had had to close early BUT they rang me back straight away and asked me someone would be in first thing who could help me. Sure enough, the next day, I popped in with my question and left a happy customer 5 minutes later. Job taken care of. Crisis averted. Problem solved. AND, it would be remiss off me not to mention that the flowers themselves were BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely stunning. Thank you .

    I've been buying from this woman for decades, actually thought she was genuine, until she delivered flowers today for my daughters birthday. The flowers are all dry, dead and petals hanging off. I placed the order over the phone with her. I have sent her an email concerning this she's not responded yet though. She even charged me delivery even though she was on way home! A good way to get rid of dead flowers on a Saturday, and charging £47.20 for them!!!

    Great service, beautiful flowers. Had my wedding flowers here and they were spectacular, people still talk about the flowers now. I get lovely arrangements for the cemetery, my xmas wreaths and bouquets delivered too. And a lovely selection of gifts and Yankee candles in store too. Love this shop, Eileen the owner is a diamond. I travel up from Cardiff just to go to this florists because they are THAT good.

    I was so pleased! I live in the USA and my Mum is from Pontypridd. It is so difficult to order confidently over such a long distance. No worries with “Flowers by Design” I ordered the “Imogen” bouquet in pink colours, in the morning, online, and my Mum sent me a photo of the flowers in the afternoon of the beautiful bouquet placed in a box to keep them upright. They were stunning! My mum and the family were really pleased. They were so pleased they asked where they were from to order more flowers.
