   I was advised to use this company as I was told they were the best around. Hardly any contact since the start of 2019, no information as to what has been carried out. And then today I get an email informing me that the case has been closed. They couldn’t even tell me why the case has been closed other than a list of preset reasons. I would have been happier to know what they had done and then the case was closed not just a generic email sent to me.....iam not sure if anything was done or the lenders were in fact ever contacted. I will not use this company again

   Great service from FCAS. I had previously tried to reclaim PPI twice that I knew I was owed and the previous companies were useless, FCAS got my PPI back and some I didn't know about. Yes the fees are higher than some but you get what you pay for!

   I had barely any updates for the first 8 months of the claim but they were very quick to tell me nothing would progress when lockdown started. I only found out about my settlement offer directly from Santander. FCAS have given me no advice as to whether the offer is correct/appropriate and have just sent me an invoice for their fee. Definitely not worth the 20% fee!

   Very good service. Professional and kept me informed of progress/status of claims throughout. It's clear what fees they will take and how it's worked out on their website. Yes it may be a fairly high fee but they do all the work for you and saves you the hassle.

   Not sure what these other reviews are on about I delt with this company and had no problem at all they always keep me updated on what was going on from start to finish . Contract siad they charge me 20% and that's what they did . They did all the paper work for me all I had to tell them is what cards or loans I had Only one small niggle that don't tell you is that once you have your offer and money you have 14 days to pay them thier money or thier is a penalty charge. People have been saying that they are hassling them for the money . So would I if someone owed me money pay your bills like everyone else, great company and have recommended them to a few of my friends and family .

   A TOTAL DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!!! I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was sent an offer of missold PPI, I didn’t accept the offer. I have been constantly harassed via phone and text message, now I am being threatened with court proceedings because I will not give them a referral payment for money I have not received. Needless to say, the financial ombudsman will be informed. They have ignored all of my correspondence. GRADE A, 100% worst company I have ever have had the displeasure of dealing with.
