   I wanted to say a very big thank you. I ordered flowers for my mothers 80th birthday who is in hospital after having a stroke. Firstly they were beautiful and the best I have ever seen. Secondly, they were personally hand delivered onto the ward and into her room by the delivery driver, and not left at reception. So many people were commenting on the flowers and are still commenting on them. Thank you to all the staff at Woolleys, you did put a very big smile on to my mothers face.

   I went in to discuss getting flowers in a box sent to a friend in a residential home. The thing is - I was honest about the cost - stating that it was just to cheer the lady up on her birthday, not spend a fortune. The lady was very helpful. I was e-mailed with a picture of them leaving & arriving at the destination. They looked really lovely & having visited the person a week later the flowers are still beautiful (in the box) helped by a little top up of water now & again. I would be happy to recommend - but just advise anyone to be honest about the cost although I appreciate they are not "cheap" - I felt that the service & the way they look were well worth it for an occasion.

   Order flowers for a dear friend only £30. Plus &5 delivery. I was embarrassed when I saw them at the crematorium the Lilly in the middle was dead really disappointed and sad , order some flowers from my local florist yes for my mum in law. £20 absolutely beautiful

   I ordered £35 of flowers for my mother in law on birthday and got to be honest this has to be the worst flowers I have ever ordered. The roses are half dead. I appreciate that we are in lockdown from tonight 24/10/20 but these are like the last of the bunch before lockdown. Never will I order from these again. I have pictures if they want to see the awful flowers they sent but its to late now to order more I would not paid £5 for them let alone £35 so disappointed its unreal.

   I called Woolleys Florist out of the blue and very short notice for flowers to be sent to my partner they did say that they were too busy but they took my phone number and called me back with in 10 minutes, they had rearranged their delivery run for that afternoon to fit me in and even collected a gift to go with the flowers from my work place. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Claire for your help.

   Called in to get a £25 bouquet of roses for my mothers birthday. Asked to come back in 15 minutes so it could be prepared. As it was tipping down with rain when I came to collect the flowers they went straight in a bag and opened them when I got home. I was met with one of the saddest bouquets of roses I've ever seen. No love or care gone into preparing them, just shoved into a wrapper with loads of spray flowers to make it look mildly presentable. What did I get for my £25? A meager 8 roses, I've had to go to ALDI to buy more, and re arrange the bouquet to make it look nice! What an utter disappointment.
