    I was introduced to Steve by a friend who is an accountant. I was a first time buyer, and when I first reached out, I only had a small self-employment, and a dream about buying a property. Steve guided me to get a job, gave me time frames which I needed to achieve in order to satisfy the banks, and gave advice which ultimately helped me buy my own house. He responded quickly and thoroughly. I felt supported and not judged, despite knowing nothing about mortgages. The estate agent orchestrating the sale, forced me to speak with another mortgage advisor (I assume because they get a kickback), and his advice was that Steve had got me the best rate possible, so I was even more reassured that he had done a great job. I have already recommended Steve to my friends, and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
