   Coming up to partial retirement eighteen months-or-so ago, I was faced with a bewildering number of possibilities of how to make the most of my retirement package and number of firms available to offer advice. Luckily for me, my work gave me some options, which I looked into. After investigating a few of these options, I was particularly struck by Clarity’s very professional website and friendly, informative introductory video, so got in touch – and was so glad I did! Clarity, as in their Senior Advisor Vicki Watson, primarily, carefully assessed my attitude to investing risk (low, medium or high risk-taker) and my expectations for the future and came up with a specially-tailored plan on how best to get the most out of my retirement package. Their service is impeccable: very highly professional, very easy to work with, very responsive to queries and giving me clear explanations. I’m regularly kept informed on my investments, and I have confidence in the outcomes. Essentially, they go the extra mile. Highly recommend Clarity to anyone and everyone – obviously!

   Since losing my husband in 2014 , Clarity has been there guiding and advising me every step of the way. I am someone who is not a 'natural' at dealing with financial issues ,especially as my late husband looked after all of this so efficiently. Before he died he introduced me to Angus Jones who was absolutely wonderful .This care passed on seamlessly to Vicki Watson who is superb with her explanations and patience . Nothing is ever too much trouble. Clarity is an organisation with an excellent and totally professional team of people . I feel extremely fortunate to have them as my financial advisors .
