I went for my first nose piercing today and Stephanie was absolutely fantastic! She explained the process clearly and made me feel completely at ease.
Honestly, this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had getting a piercing. From the moment I walked into New Moon, Steph was so lovely and welcoming. She explained all the jewellery options really clearly and gave me loads of gorgeous pieces to choose from (seriously, it was so hard to decide they were all so beautiful!!). I got a conch piercing, and the whole piercing process was super clean and sterile and done with so much care and precision. It looks absolutely amazing—I’m honestly obsessed and can’t stop looking at my ear!! I’d 100% recommend New Moon if you’re thinking about getting a piercing. I’ll definitely be coming back for more—I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now!
I've been into see Steph today. Just had a few bits of jewellery changed and she was fantastic as always. So friendly and makes you feel at ease. Would not go anywhere else for piercings or jewellery changes.

Professional female piercer. Really knows her stuff. Gives excellent advice and takes her work the aftercare very seriously. Steph is absolutely brilliant and her unique gift shop area is so worth a brouse.
Steph is always really honest and professional whilst being friendly. She uses high quality jewellery which many places don’t and gives full aftercare info and follow up advice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
I've been to New Moon a few times over the last few months after having a bad piercing experience elsewhere. Steph is an absolute godsend - she's very gentle when swapping over jewellery, offers brilliant advice and teaches good self care. I can't recommend New Moon enough, clearly the best piercing shop in Leicester!
