   I was served by the lovely jade today. I went in to the store to ask a question regarding a piercing I used to have but it healed over. Jade was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgable and is a credit to Claire’s. Every question I asked she answered with no problems. She went above and beyond. I ended up getting 2 new ear piercings and definetly will come back. Nothing was too much trouble for Jade. She honestly deserves a raise. Thank you so much Jade :) x

   The manager was not helpful at all and very poor customer service, absolutely appalling with no listening skills at all. Manager needs more service and listening skills. Very unhelpful with no work ethics at all. I'm pretty sure , she needs a lot of training in every area of retail sales. I have written an email to the below add which is based in US.. they provided with a UK email, which has not responded or not even acknowledged the level of disgusting service provided Please , make sure you do NOT use this store ever again !! The service and mis information provided by the manager was absolutely horrendous..

   Be careful if you get piercings done here! I had my cartilage piercing done here by a blonde woman with glasses, whom said she worked there for 20+ years and had done thousands of piercings previously. We discussed where it should go and marked it with a purple pen. After the piercing was done she showed me the mirror for mere seconds, not allowing me to actually see the piercing properly. When getting home I saw she pierced my ear in totally the wrong place at a terrible angle. The stud was tightly pushing into my ear cuff causing a lot of pain and bruising. She told me not to loosen the back, so it was too tight and squashing the ear, causing more bruising and discomfort. I ended up going back into the store and showed another member of staff, Rene, who agreed this was unacceptable. She asked me to remove the stud and wait for it to heal before going back in to see her so she could repierce it correctly. She did a great job and was very kind. I recommend her but not the original blonde lady.

   Awful customer service from the 2 girls working mid day on sunday rudelly interupted and started talking to another customer whilst i was being served was looking at the jewellery cabinet only to find the sales asisstant moving it round and round serving someone else scanned earing and they tilled through more then the sticker on the packet was told its a stickering error

   I took my 2-year-old daughter to have her ears pierced. Renata and her colleague were both very friendly and professional. They did a great job engaging my daughter and making her feel at ease. As a result, there were hardly any tears. They even gave her a lollipop for her bravery. Thank you.
