Had my first experience of a tattoo here, safe to say they aced it. Customer service was amazing from DM to in person, experience was professional and straight down to work. Came here about two months back and since the tattoo has healed perfectly. No complaints from me, would recommend!!
Fantastic team! They are really kind and helpful! The whole experience was amazing. I had 2 back dermals by Jules yesterday and she made me feel so comfortable during the appointment even though I was nervous. Highly recommend! Could not be more happy with how they turned out! She really is the best
Had some piercings done by Jules today and she was so lovely, so calming, patient and supportive throughout. I can be incredibly nervous and anxious and have chickened out of getting piercings done many times, but decided to brave it and just walk in today and I’m so glad I did. Fran on the desk was really welcoming, and yeah I just felt so at ease, so thank you everyone for a lovely experience! Oh and I absolutely love the piercings, and I appreciate the offer of aftercare and being able to drop in for support. Hugely recommend this place and I will definitely be back :)
Having heard good things I booked in with Jules for a rook and tragus piercing and also for her to clean and change my helix. She was lovely, very friendly and respectful about my needle phobia. Very happy with the results and she continues to check up and give advice if needed as aftercare. Already booked in again!
My son and myself have had a few piercings done here now. Fantastic little gem of a place. Aimee (piercer) is amazing. I have definitely converted from where I used to go and will be using From The Heart from now on.
Excellent details with the tattoo, the guy who did mine was amazing, took 3 hours to do. He spoke about aftercare for the tattoo The only issue I had was when I went to pay with my card you only pay in cash for the tattoos which I wasn't aware of, maybe it was on there website but I emailed to book an appointment so I never went to the website. So if I was aware of this before hand I'd of had the cash ready as it was £300 to pay I then had to walk to the nearest bank on a Saturday so luckily I had 10 minutes before they shut to withdraw that amount...
