   A friend recommended Jacqueline Elliot at IMC Financial Services to help my wife and I secure a mortgage on our first home and it was the best advice I have ever received. Jacqui was incredible, her knowledge and experience helped alleviate many of the concerns I had. Being a first time buyer I really didn’t know what to expect and I must admit I found the process quite daunting. But Jacqui was always there to offer support, guidance and reassurance, it was like having and expert on your team you could rely on! Jacqui was always one step ahead with everything, proactive and on the ball with any changes to mortgage rates and securing us the best deal. Buying a home can be very stressful at times, with lots of people involved such as solicitors and agents who are slow to respond and constantly need chasing. To have someone like Jacqui, who is ahead of the curve and so quick to respond to any emails was such a great help. I would recommend Jacqui to anyone looking for help securing a mortgage, you will be in safe hands. Thank you, Jacqui.

   I would highly recommend Jacqueline Elliott at IMC. She was recommended to me by a friend for my remortgage and I couldn’t be happier with the service Jacqui provided.    Gary at IMC Financial Services arranged our mortgage for us this year on our first home. Gary was friendly and approachable from the get go, answering the many questions we had extremely quickly (sometimes even on his day off!). Our house hunt took a little longer than usual due to chain issues, but Gary was there throughout the process, helping to extend agreements in principle, right through to getting us the final mortgage agreement at a brilliant rate (especially given the current market)!    Jacqui is an absolute dream to work with as a mortgage advisor. If she was a restaurant, she’d have 3 Michelin stars. She helped my friend an I with our first home- talking us through the process clearly, particularly as we were buying as friends, for example ensuring we had a Deed of trust in place. She has just helped with my second my second home purchase, giving sensible advice at every turn. She always gets back to you promptly and follows all meeting up with clear notes in email form.    We used IMC over the summer (2022) to remortgage one property and port another mortgage to a new purchase. Bonny Kemp, the senior mortgage advisor we dealt with was outstanding. The same excellent service that we received the first time she helped us with the original mortgages. Sensible advice, clearly explained and very responsive to our questions and issues. The least stressful part of the whole process thanks to IMCs professionalism. Would definitely recommend!
