   Recommend for all, especially those of you that generally need guidance and support in buying your first home. I am an only parent with a young child and thought buying a home was out of scope completely. My personal situation changed drastically over the last year which put me into a sticky situation with housing. I was in a position where I wanted to buy a house but felt it was unachievable. I found a beautiful house that I so wanted but, it was 'for sale' rather than ' to rent' - With rent naturally being a similar cost as a Mortgage, I spoke with Clifton. Clifton explained what I would need to obtain a Mortgage and offered the relevant advice to get me to where I needed to be. I presented Clifton with my criteria, he then guessed the lender before we even started looking which illustrates the knowledge that Clifton has of the Market. Almost instantly the ball was rolling, Clifton guided me through everything, filling in relevant documents for me, liaising and chasing all of the other companies involved. The house that was for sale, is now going to be mine! I couldn't ask for a better mortgage broker. I am so so thankful to have had Clifton and will absolutely be recommending him to friends, family and anyone who asks for a broker.
