   Tracy is wonderful. My daughter and I both had piercings and the experience was a very positive one. Tracy was calm, professional and empathetic. The environment was welcoming and exceptionally clean. Tracy quickly made us feel very relaxed and comfortable.    It’s been a year since I’ve had my 1st daith piercing now, I wanted to wait to write a review to see how I responded to the treatment. Firstly, Tracy is amazing! She is really good at what she does and really knowledgeable! On a personal level she is very caring and understanding. I was quite anxious about the whole process however she listened really well and addressed all of my concerns with confidence which made me feel confident about going ahead with the treatment. I followed all of her aftercare instructions and have had no issues with the healing process. I went to her as I was suffering with chronic migraines, I had them a few days most weeks and now a year later I’m so happy to say that I’m now down to on average 4 to 5 a month! And even the few I do get now do not last as long as they use to and they are not as intense as they use to be. I’m very grateful to Tracy for helping me ❤️

   I’m blown away with the whole experience. A huge Thank you to the wonderful Tracy who is amazing & puts you at ease straight away with a warm welcome. Tracy is very knowledgeable & a lovely lady, her humour makes you relaxed. I laughed loads throughout my appointment. I’m so super happy with my Daith piercings & felt the effects straight away. Yes it’s painful but it’s quick. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & also suffer with anxiety. Well, I had the biggest grin driving back home to Stroud, despite the heavy traffic it didn’t bother me, I felt so amazing!! The fatigue had lifted & the pains in my leg had lessened. It’s like you’ve drunk a whole bottle of rescue remedy !! I still feel amazing, my overall mood has lifted & my flare ups are not so bad. I’ve had so many compliments it looks so awesome & the jewellery is cute & sparkly. I’m really super impressed & I can highly recommend.

   I recently visited VNS Daith in Warwick for a medical piercing to help with my anxiety and recent headaches. I cannot speak highly enough of the practitioner, Tracy, and the practice overall. Tracy's professionalism and expertise put me at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with the information I needed to feel comfortable and informed about the procedure. Her vast knowledge of the medical piercing process was evident, and it was clear that she was well-versed in her craft. Immediately after the procedure, I felt a physical release within my body, and I was amazed at how my tension points softened. There was even a physical difference in my face, my eyebrows were actually aligned!! The experience exceeded my expectations, and I felt grateful to have found such a skilled practitioner. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic during my visit. The clinic was spotlessly clean, which added to my feeling of comfort and safety. It was clear that they take hygiene seriously, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and sterile environment did not go unnoticed and further reinforced my positive experience at the clinic. Overall, my experience at VNS Daith was fantastic, and I would encourage anyone looking to manage anxiety or headaches to give it a try. Tracy's skill and the welcoming atmosphere of the practice made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

   I had a WONDERFUL experience with Tracey Perkins who pierced my daith for me to help with anxiety and chronic migraines. Tracey is a lovely person and made me feel so at home and at ease in her clinic in Warwick. I had a lot of fun at the appointment and am happy to report that I feel an improvement to my ability to relax and sleep a bit better. I’ve woken up with less headaches too. I highly recommend this clinic to those struggling with anxiety and/or migraines. Tracey is highly skilled and uses a device to locate the exact point of the vagus nerve to ensure a successful piercing. Thank you so much Tracey!

   I had my helix pierced here. It was amazing! Booking online was super easy. Was reasonably priced, clean and the woman doing my piercing (sorry can’t remember her name!) was super nice and the place was lovely and most importantly sterile. Would 100% recommend!

   I chose Tracy Perkins to assess me and carry out a medical daith piercing after reading her book "Not Just for Migraines." I'm so glad I did. The procedure was nothing like as painful as I had imagined and Tracy was so quick. It's been two weeks now and I haven't had a migraine or a headache and I've been suffering with both on a weekly/daily basis for months. I haven't touched the triptans I'd been taking regularly since my piercings were done. I felt the effects as soon as the test piercings were done, I felt a warm feeling, a release, and my vision improved immediately. I feel like me again!! I definitely have a growing sense of well-being, a calmness, since having daith piercings. I cannot recommend this service enough, read the book and give it a go, I'm so, so glad I did !!
