   Terrible service. Fusion has been helping me handle a matter. However, for the past 5 months or so, I have been unable to reach them or get any updates from them. I have sent repeated emails, and have called them, but have not been able to get any replies, acknowledgment, or explanation. I have even contacted their cs team but they have not given any further reponse. Edit: further to my comment above, have received feedback from Fusion on the status of the matter. will keep the review for now pending resolution of the matter.

   We initially reached out to Fusion for advice on our full portfolio of taxable incomes. Fusion responded with a very comprehensive and detailed proposal, which I was quite pleased with. However, when I inquired about their pricing, I felt uneasy as it was extremely high. After expressing my concerns, Fusion revised their price, reducing it considerably. This significant reduction raised some alarm bells, but I chose not to act on them at that time. Fusion then requested 50% of the payment upfront and produced a report that was very generic. They later provided the cost to implement their plan, which was again very expensive. I went back to them, and once more, they drastically reduced their costs. This time, I trusted my instincts and decided not to proceed with their services any further. After all payments were made, the TikTok-famous advisor was not very forthcoming in replying to my emails, and I had to chase them on numerous occasions to get a response. As a business owner, I feel disappointed in myself for allowing this situation to occur. I urge anyone considering using Fusion Consultancy Group for their services to tread with real caution.

   I was referred to Mitch and Vanisha at Fusion Consulting via Knight Frank Finance, whom which I held in very high regard. Like the previous review I was promised some strong solutions, confidently. I am a very small freelance business and after a couple of hurdles we are now on track to finalise both my business and personal tax accounts thanks to Adam Maurice. Fusion also offered to do some additional work for me, good potential for a strong relationship, will update here after year end.

   I came to Fusion Consulting for tax advice after hearing about them through a family member. Looking at them on social media I was impressed with how they demonstrated themselves and the services they offered. This was far from what I received, the service I received has been tragic. Deadlines were missed, calculations were incorrect, and after submitting a complaint, I've now been ghosted. Before taking them up with their services it was explained that there would be a team of staff sitting down to discuss my company's tax affairs and come up with the best advice for my situation. I strongly believe this advice was drafted by 1 individual alone at the final hour. The advice given didn't cover the full scope of work that Fusion Consulting was contracted to carry out.
