    Waiting a month for pension quote. Since they took over from Capita the services has gone down hill. Almost impossible to talk to anyone and they ignore all requests by email.

    Took ages to answer email, not very helpful, kept paying old bank account despite being asked not to.red tape merchants and unhelpful to me as vulnerable adult, stroke victim.
