I dealt with CIGMA for the first time this year. I found them quick to respond and to chase me appropriately in order to get my returns into HMRC within the deadline. My tax affairs are not complicated however I had to contact the office to answer some queries and received very supportive and helpful service from Siriney. My returns were completed by Amna with great efficiency. I would have no hesitation in recommending CIGMA.
My experience with Cigma was not quite pleasant. I have worked with them for 8 month and about to change my accountant. First, they are very slow answer/action except times when they were sending invoices to me. And quite often questions were ignored and I had to chase a few times to get answered. They treat you as just one of a millions is my impression. I am not sure at all why I am paying monthly fees in the end so I decided to leave from them. They have done minimal job by the way and not the worst though I can not recommend them at all.
