   A very disappointing service from these people. They are not financial advisers in any true meaning of the word. They take large amounts of commission up front then at intervals simply to dump you with one provider. They couldn't even be bothered to meet me in person each year which is a legal obligation. When I complained they "orphaned" my account with Aegon which means I have to pay Aegon even higher commission.

   Wonderful team at GWB! I am incredibly happy with their services, they have helped me every step of the way on my finical journey. Georgia has been lovely and had explained everything i need to know. Who knew taking care of you finances could be so easy :)

She has explained everything in a very clear way always replies to any questions immediately even said she would on holiday...I wouldn't trouble you on holiday as I see how hard you work..always goes out her way And my case was a tricky one bit she has been 100%there for me and chasing up any none replies from divorce pension ..want to thank you Highly recommend you to anyone

   I have been a client of GWB Financial Services for several years now, they have managed by personal investments (SIPP's, ISA's, etc.) as well as giving holistic wealth management advice. I have been very pleased with the service both Geoff and Natasha have provided, which has led to my investments significantly outperforming global market indices. Natasha and Geoff have a thoughtful approach to my financial planning, and have been excellent in providing discipline and sound advice, which was particularly helpful given the uncertainty in the markets over the last few years. I have been so impressed with their services, I have now signed up my daughter as a client!

   Very disappointed with the service I received from GWB. Despite the initial gushy "we're here to give you a high quality, personalised service" spiel, subsequent contact was absolutely minimal. Emails I wrote to them either were not answered or were answered many days later (6 weeks later on one occasion). It turned out the only platform they use is Aegon who, apart from their other fees, charged 0.34% to access my account which allowed no financial breakdown whatsoever of my investments - simply what they're worth today and what they were worth exactly 6 months ago. When I asked them if they could work with any other platform they spat their dummies out and "orphaned" my accounts at Aegon forcing me to pay all the up front charges with a new adviser. Thanks Geoff and Natasha - wish we had never met!
