Terrible first impressions from the owner John who's obviously stuck in a time warp and hasn't moved on. I had great expectations from this company but they should just stick to book keeping. I made an appointment to discuss estate planning and was severely aggressively interrogated tactessly with attitude. Although I furnished him with all my financial balances he seemed more interested about how I was dressed, how I was able to afford my house, how I spent and made my money, my personal life and history. This guy is a typical nosey accountant asking questions over and above what was really required at the time but very reluctant to answer questions of mine. He wanted a copy of my passport before becoming a client,I politely refused and was almost thrown out. I got the impression maybe there really wasn't much he could offer and wasn't interested although he offered to send some suggestions. I attempted to shake his hand on leaving trying to keep it friendly but completely ignored me and showed me the way out. How on earth it escalated like this is beyond me. John mate your past your prime try to get that big chip of your shoulder.
