   I owe Rob Moyse a big thank you! It has been almost half a year after our purchase was completed(a lot was going on). I can't recommend Rob Moyse enough, who has provided 5 star service since day 1 and applied for new lower rates twice after the first offer.    I was recommended the Excell Partnership through an estate agent, and have to say the service from day 1 was outstanding. I was put in touch with Del Finch who guided me through the process with ease and professionalism, and expert advice. Myself and my partner are first time buyers, working as self employed which made securing a mortgage difficult. However, Del went above and beyond to secure us a mortgage at a great rate. Del was always at the end of the phone and email. Del would consistently provide updates which we were so grateful for. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Del. I will definitely be using Del and Excell for re-mortgaing and other services moving forward. Amazing service and I cannot recommend Del enough.

   I have been using the same IFA for my buy to lets for around 25 years and they were having issues finding a lender that could move fast for a buy to let I was buying. I went to a lender I have a number of buy to let with already thinking they could move fast, and it took months! Paul Moyse at The Excell Partnership LLP was recommended by the agent I was buying from got the application done in a day and survey and mortgage offer out within two weeks and save me money, I would highly recommend them.

   I was recommended the Excell Partnership through a colleague, and have to say the service from day 1 was outstanding. I was put in touch with Rich Munro who took me through the process with ease and professionalism, and gave me real subject matter expert advice. As a first time buyer working in a job with bonuses and commission it was a real struggle to try and secure mortgage, not to mention the background of a global pandemic to add to the complexity. I genuinely could not have secured a mortgage on my new home without Rich, and have already recommended him to several colleagues. I will be using Rich and Excell for re-mortgaing and other services moving forward. Genuinely best in class service, and I can't recommend Rich Munro, Brian Robinson and the Excell team enough.
