March mutual have been doing my accounts for a few years now and I've not experienced any issues with them. They have dealt with my accounts in a professional manner. I am terrible with keeping my accounts up to date and I'm so grateful to them for making it pain free and easy. I've always recommended them to all my friends and family.
I used March Mutual for about 3-4 years. Not only they are very unresponsive but they made several mistakes with my account, resulting in me having to pay extra to HMRC. Would not recommend at all.
Initially very helpful. However over the last year or two, March Mutual have been unresponsive, unorganised and unhelpful. I've had unexpected tax payments sprung on me because of accounting errors on their end and then refusing to admit fault. Would not reccomend.
