   I’ve been using Ainsdale Finance for their services since 2007 when I bought my first residential property. Since then I’ve bought multiple properties and have needed both residential and commercial mortgages. I’ve always dealt with David and have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient whenever I’ve needed his assistance. There have also been times when things have been very tricky due to either the economy or the complexity of the mortgages I’ve needed, and David has delivered every single time.    David was originally recommended to me and he was fantastic with clear advice when I first renewed my mortgage, then recently when my mortgage was due for renewal he explained all of the process and discussed each option.    Looked up this company again today, as I'm doing some financial planning and will need some advice soon. I was spurred to leave a review because of the negative reviews on here. This company handled a mortgage at a very stressful time for me and over the Christmas period. David took the time to contact me during their Christmas holiday, to give me news that he knew I was desperately waiting for (and stressing about) and Susan went above and beyond on a number of occasions, to move things forward quickly, with an air of calm reassurance. I felt valued and looked after, they secured a fantastic deal for me, when others told me it couldn't be done in my circumstances; they were the best mix of professional and friendly throughout. Others may have had a different experience - but I cannot fault them and have recommended them at every opportunity since. I don't write reviews (very occasionally) and if I do, I'm sorry to say it is usually because I am not happy. Likewise, I don't often recommend businesses and services (in case friends are disappointed) but I am willing time and time again to recommend this firm.

   I called the office of Ainsdale Finance four days ago regarding an important mortgage inquiry and spoke with David. He said he’d send me a form to fill in to give him information for an appointment. However, I called him again today (four days later) since no form had been received only to learn that he left today on annual leave for a week starting today. Obviously not bothered and priorities lie elsewhere.
