He made it possible for me to arrange the valuation the day I requested for quote as my developer wanted that to be quick to accept the offer. I have requested for offer revision twice and Ben has been quite helpful both time with a smile. As a first time buyer I had lots of questions and he did helped me answering advising me with surveys, insurance and other what not.    Do not know where to start really, Ben and his team at Mortgage Scout have been absolutely brilliant! I am a first time buyer and was quite apprehensive about the whole mortgaging process. Ben was amazing in how he handled my case with the knowledge that I was a first time buyer and had tons of questions. From the time I submitted all my documents to the actual mortgage offer was literally a 72 hours turnaround!
