    Just phoned for a doctors appointment told be better to go to minor injuries clinic at Chippenham Hospital. Receptionist would not give her name. Even after nurse at Rowden had recommended a face to face with the doctor. Are the receptionist's medically qualified that they can override the nurse's opinion.
