Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I paid the loan in full and they took out a payment anyway. Still waiting for a refund and it's been 3 weeks. They finally sent it through A THIRD PARTY. Now I have to wait longer. They prey on people in need and don't care. Stay away!

This lending agency is horrible. Very unfair when it comes to repayment options. They make mistakes and don't own up to it. Customer service is horrible. Good luck getting someone on the phone. They only respond to emails.
Their Customer service is HORRIBLE ! They Push Down your throat what you owe but can’t answer simple questions that’s pertaining to the actual loan! They aren’t American so that itself was annoying - but then you have bad ppl working there not knowing nothing about the services they offer ! I would never recommend this to anyone ! Looking- find something else ! Do not come to this loan company !
