Impossible to contact them. Website says they are open .Wanted them urgently. Phoned about 15 times on Tuesday 17/12/24 and 5 times on wed 18/12/24. Everyone had answering machine saying they are unable to answer and to leave them a message!! Left message but no reply!,
SCAM. I lived there for 7 months and it has been a nightmare. To begin with something the day when we moved in none of the promised furniture was available, not even my bed. The state agent just from 99home lied since the very beginning. Not just that, we had several issues such as leaks coming from the bulbs, mould on the walls, no blinds for three months. But not just that, the ceiling of the living fell down damaging our items and putting our lives at risk. We were lucky that this happened while we were at work. Now the landlord refuses to pay for any of the items damaged. PLEASE AVOID.
Since we moved to one of their properties, we just had problems, leaks in various rooms, mould on the wall...to name just a few issues. The answer from the agency was always vague not being able to fix anything properly. On top of everything the CEILING FELL DOWN and destroyed all our belongings in the living room so we had to empty the property. After all of this we haven't had any compensation for the damaged items due to the fact that according to them they don't have any insurance for that flat or the entire building they are renting. Really poor management of properties putting their tenants under dangerous conditions. AVOID THIS COMPANY
