   We have been clients of Freddie and his team for many years now, he started out with helping us with our mortgage to buy our first home. He then followed up with re-mortgages and looking for the best options for us. More recently we have intrusted him with our long term financial planning (pension funds and ISA's) to which he did a fabulous job.    If you need a mortgage or insurance, just go straight to Freddie and his team at Fortis: I had an impeccable experience with them, making finding my mortgage very quick and super easy, and at the best rate I could find. The rate is not everything, and Freddie's experience will guide you to find the right lender that also provides the quickest and most efficient turnaround (avoiding super slow and error-prone banks). Most importantly, you don't want to mess around with all the application process yourself: just let Fortis team fill that all in on your behalf and go back and forth with the vendor: one less huge hassle in the buying process. I would do it again eyes closed.

   Having heard, through friends, how well Fortis Financial conducted themselves professionally, coupled with providing a very reliable service, we can now honestly say that if it were not for Freddy and his team we would not have been able to buy the home that we wanted. After a short conversation regarding the formalities of mortgages and advise, financially, on what was in our best interests, we were assured that something suitable would be found for us. However we did explain that we had found somewhere and that time was against us, due to another party in the running. With all the competition of buying a home in London Freddy was able to find us the best mortgage product that suited us and implemented proceedings within 24 hours where we were able to beat the other buyer to the punch, by arranging the surveyor and putting us in a better position in the eyes of the vendor, therefore choosing us over the other party. Not only did Freddy and his team’s actions help us find our dream home, their clear and concise communication on requesting which documentation was needed was invaluable in our purchase. Seeing your new potential home that you do not want to lose out on can be very stressful, however Freddy reassured us he would do his best in the time frame given and he delivered. So we cannot give anything but praise to Fortis Financial for their financial advice and their speedy and efficient prowess. If you are looking for a mortgage broker or a bit of advice we, satisfied customers, highly recommend you giving Fortis Financial a call.

   I was referred to Fortis by my sister who had nothing but praise for Freddie and his team. Having never used a broker before I was unsure of the value that such a service could provide as I have always found the mortgage application process to be relatively straightforward, if not time consuming! However, having now been through what was ultimately a fairly complex house move, I can honestly say that I won't ever try and do it myself again - Fortis have a customer for life! The service is personal, quick, efficient and (in my opinion) an absolute bargain. My circumstances were complicated by my current lender refusing to lend on my new property and so I needed an alternative and I needed it pretty quickly. Within a couple of days Freddie had found me an option that not only provided the funds I needed but also at a greatly reduced interest rate that has saved me thousands! His team then handled the application process with complete efficiency and minimal input from me. Post application there were then some complications with the property purchase that required me to change the mortgage. Again, Freddie and the team took care of it immediately and with no hassle. They also kept in contact with my solicitor and so I felt fairly redundant throughout - definitely in a good way! Overall, I am a very happy customer and I cannot praise Fortis highly enough. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
