Denise is fantastic, she is so welcoming & friendly and just makes you relax immediately when in her company. I began by having a hot stone massage and facial, during this we discussed my skin as I was suffering with Hormonal Acne. Denise suggested doing Dermabraison and it was the best thing I've ever done. This was my first time trying hypnotherapy, and I wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m so glad I gave it a go. Denise was incredibly welcoming, approachable, and understanding from the very start. She has such a kind and empathetic manner that instantly put me at ease. I initially went to address food noise, but by the second session I noticed that other anxieties had started to ease too, something I hadn’t anticipated but was a really lovely surprise. The experience has been so positive that I’ve already recommended her to several friends. Highly recommend!
Denise is such a lovely,warm, friendly lady who I always feel relaxed and at ease with. She also does amazing facials, micro-needling, dermabrasions and retinal peels for a great price too. I use her regularly and can see a big difference in my skin. Would highly recommend! :-)

Horrible experience. I used my birthday voucher for a Hot Stone Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage with Facial. The beauty room - inside a fitness club in the middle of "nowhere" - gave me the impression that I was not in a beauty salon but more like in a private house, inside some kind of storage room with no window and no ventilation claustrophobic). Instead beauty, I should say that I was in the ugly room! Before we started, the beautician had a little chat with me, which is understandable but of course it is discounted from my massage minutes. I accept questions related with my health status but not too personal like when she asked me: Is your husband also living with you in Bristol? To what I uncomfortably answered: "I am not married, but I am very happy with my personal life, thanks". The massage finally started when she put the heated stones over my back with a towel in between? so unfortunately I couldn't feel/enjoy the heat too much. Apparently I had to wait for the "effect" of the stones on my body (again wasted minutes from my massage time) before she finally started the massage with hands and stones. I didn't enjoy either. I couldn't feel any relief, relax or pleasure on my muscles. I just felt just like a cat being stroked by her owner. How weird. Even I can do it better! When I have had massages before, they press their fingers against the muscles in circular movements to relief the pain, to make you feel relaxed and calm. Pressure is essential, even if you have to do it with the stones! No strength in hands at all! Or maybe it just was laziness and lack of interest. Another awkward situation when in the middle of the massage she asked me: "Did you get your 2 vaccines yet?". I am just trying to relax a bit at least, when I have to tell her if I am vaccinated or not? It wasn't a requirement for customers and if it would, she should have asked me before cashing my voucher! Shouldn't she? I simply answered: "Sorry, I don't want to talk about it"... She said: "Ah, that's okay"...and an uncomfortable silence followed... In summary, it was a weird and unpleasant experience, just a waste of time. Good I didn't pay for the voucher otherwise it would have been a waste of money too!
Very pleasant experience, Denise was lovely, and so was the room! Very relaxing , beautiful hot stone massage and facial. She got all my knots out and was very good relief and helped my arthritis. Definitely looking to come back . Joanna Barnes
