    I had a phone call today from Incomemax, which I've been referring to by my energy provider after i placed an enquiry about reducing my bill, given the fact that I have cancer and undergoing chemotherapy, not working, so really hard to manage. Incomemax, kept me on the phone for about 25 to 30 minutes to assess me and they told me there is a lot of benefits and help, but the supervisor need to check the assesment and they'll give me a call back in about 3 working days. They called me after 2 hours, telling me there is no energy bill reduction that they can help with and there is nothing else they can do apart from advicing me what I can be entitled for. The first person I have spoken with told me they raise up around 53 million as a charity and helped people since 2009. They're just useless, wasted my time, while I really struggled to talk because of the shortness of breath and all the side effects I'm experiencing from chemotherapy. I will never reccomend them to anyone, please guys stay away from scams. Their phone number coming also as a scam and I'm really worried about them having my details....

    I was introduced to this company and emailed a checklist for eligibility by Michelle Gillespie. I have not heard back and it has been well over 6 weeks. I have been hounded by OVO for 4 months despite paying my bills and told I still owe over £400. I kept in contact, made additional payments and my whole rehabilitation I have been harassed by OVO. Lynette Maxwell contacted me, made an appointment for us to contact OVO and assist me with my energy company and it was not a pleasant experience, at all. She aparently spoke to OVO without me being privileged to the conversation and the call handler Ahmed was misquoting me, refusing to address my issues, give answers and was absolutely rude and derogatory. Lynette interjected with bias comments and I ended up terminating the call having been treated like an idiot and called OVO back sorting the issues out myself and then taking my issues to the energy ombudsman because I am basically being hounded for money I do not owe and trying to recover from surgery where OVO have acted unlawfully. I was issued a default notice and made to make additional payments because OVO weren't correctly recording my payments. Then referred for 'hardship funding' struggling to pay bills......? I have not heard from Lynette, I have contacted her without response. So as far as this company are aware, I am recovering from surgery, struggling to pay bills, can't have my heating on, severe mobility issues and abandoned me.
