i know this is a long time ago before the days of google review but i feel that the public should know what happened to me about 10 years ago...... I wanted to remortgage my property and was given an average price of my apartment without anyone actually visiting my property I paid over £500 to get a remortgage which never happened because they undervalued my property by £30000 taking in the average price of the building which is small studio flats where as my property was the whole PENTHOUSE as it is called and is 3 times the size of the properties below me. It was only today that a colleague here at work mentioned they had a poor transaction with this company that i have decided to tell my story ...they refused to refund my £500 and would not come and actually visit my property to amend their valuation...I would avoid these unprofessional lazy mortgage advisers Gary Hornchurch home owner
