I had counselling sessions online with Jess for about 6 months. Jess listened empathetically and ensured that our discussions were a safe space to open up. This environment allowed me to be very honest. Jess helped to identify real steps that can help me realise what could be done to support improvement. I would definitely recommend Jess.

I cannot recommend Jess enough, I started therapy in June and have noticed a huge change in myself since spending time with her. I always felt totally heard and understood and there wasn't ever any judgement from Jess with anything that was discussed during the sessions. Jess has a very calming and warm nature and I am so pleased I found her. I can't thank her enough for the help she has given me.

I had a set of sessions with Jess over the last few months in her lovely garden room. She has a lovely, calm and very kind presence that made me feel I could really trust her and share my hardest experiences and most worrying feelings. Jess sensitively supported me through all our conversations and was deeply tuned in no matter the range of topics we covered - from bereavement to autism to relationships and more. Her range of knowledge that she draws on is really impressive and I wrote down several deep insights she gave me that are helping me see things differently and more constructively going forward. I recommend Jess without hesitation.

Jess and I worked together remotely for about 6 months on a weekly/fortnightly basis. Over this time Jess provided the stable, compassionate and insightful environment which I needed to unearth and explore some difficult personal challenges. Jess’s genuinely warm and understanding approach, paired with her knowledge and application of therapy has helped me immeasurably. My journey isn’t over, but Jess has equipped me with tools and the mindset to better understand myself and those around me. I’m more comfortable as a result of our work which translates to changing behaviours and improved relationships with others. I’m a different person to who I was 6 months ago thanks to Jess (although she’s the kind of person to say it was actually me who was brave and did the hard work - a reflection of her positive outlook and supportive nature). Prior to meeting Jess I was considering counselling/therapy for a long time. If you are reading this in a similar position, I’d say you have nothing to loose and so much to gain. I recommend giving it a go and if you’re looking for a genuine human connection with someone who cares and may be able to help - I’d recommend Jess wholeheartedly. Thank you Jess

Jessica is everything I looked for in a counsellor. Knowledgeable, patient, warm, non- judgemental, empathic and supportive. She always recognised and challenged my unhelpful ways of thinking in such a gentle and caring way that ensured I felt supported and accepted. She made me feel safe, which allowed me to trust her and work through some very personal feelings and emotions. I am genuinely grateful for her patience and acceptance. It has helped more than I could have imagined.

I definitely recommend Jessica as a therapist, from my own experiences I have felt so much shift in the positive direction. I think what was valuable was that Jessica let me form my own narrative, but softly nudged me towards a more healing place over time. It felt like a very validating experience and I felt like I learnt so much about the process of healing and myself through her. I also appreciated that I was urged to advocate for my own narrative at all steps of this process:))

Jessica was exactly the kind of therapist I was looking for. Always soft, kind, sympathetic, and supportive. Speaking to her really opened me up to new ways of thinking and helped me question some of my habits and usual behaviours. She always asked and talked about things in a very gentle way and I always felt comfortable and safe in her company. I’m so glad I found her as I don’t think my therapy would have been as altering and rewarding if I was with someone else. I really recommend having Jessica as your therapist.
