2. Our Email ★☆☆☆☆

   Dealt with Simon Chapman who requested a £500 non-refundable fee and then got us declined for a mortgage according to him but only on close examination, I noticed he had submitted wrong documents for us. Upon discovering this, he said we still got declined again! He sent an email saying I wont be able to help you, go and find a specialist lender, good luck! Now desperate, heartbroken, as our offer had been accepted on a property already, we frantically searched for another broker before giving up on our dream home upon the sudden cold abandonment by Simon. We luckily found a broker who got us AIG the SAME day we contacted him and within 5 days, got us a mortgage offer with a HIGH STREET lender with an amazingly low rate even! We're now settled in our new home thanks to the new broker who actually, DIDN'T charge ANY up front fees and was an angel all throughout who actually cared about his clients. Eternally grateful to the new broker Ian Wooley of Mortgage Experience - What an experience indeed! 5-star service from them.

   As first time buyers, the entire process of buying a house was quite daunting, let alone sorting out the mortgage, and various insurances required. Joe and the team at Embrace took all of the confusion and worry away. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish, arranging appointments that were convenient for both myself and husband to be able to attend without the need for taking time off work. Communication was excellent. Overall, we would definitely recommend this service.
