   I have been seeing Dawn once a fortnight for a couple of months to work through some post traumatic issues and general life stress. I have found her to be very easy to talk to, understanding and non judgemental. She has helped me significantly by advising tools and techniques to manage stress and fear in a clear and understandable way. I feel like a different person, I’m no longer ashamed of sometimes finding things stressful and find it easier to focus on the positive and catch negative thoughts as they appear.
