   A friendly , helpful company I have dealt with occasionally over the past eleven years. Recently struggled with the documentation and jargon whilst dealing directly with A J Bell in an attempt to release funds from my pension pot. After a few days and several e-mails between myself and A J Bell, not feeling I was getting anywhere I contacted Ben at Courtney Havers, explained the problem and asked for help. Within hours I received an e-mail from Ben advising " money requested should see funds in my bank account within 7-10 days ". Excellent job I could not be more pleased.
