    I was recommended to visit Katie by Rachel Knight of Nimble Osteopathy, best bit of advice I have ever received where muscle & skeletal problems are concerned!! Katie is the daughter of a well known local rugby player and has sport injuries treatment down to a fine art. She is a delight as a person and skilled as a therapist. Highly recommended.

    Katie is excellent at what she does. She listens and is very attentive and knowledgeable. I had been having issues with both a lower back issue and shoulder issue for quite some time and had spent a lot of time and money with an osteopath, but after a few treatments with Katie my movement was so much better and no pain in my shoulder and I can finally lift my arm! My lower back is still being treated, but so much more manageable and Katie has patiently guided me through stretches I can do at home. For the first time in six months I am back to running which I missed dreadfully and I have to thank Katie for enabling me to return to it. I was apprehensive at first as I generally don’t like people touching me, but Katie is very reassuring and puts you at ease. Highly recommend!
