Couldn't recommend Becky enough. Due to suffering with anxiety for quite a while, I rarely feel relaxed, however after just a couple sessions with Becky I've been able to tackle some of the issues that were causing my anxiety, enabling me to also feel much more relaxed on a daily basis. Sessions are completely catered to you, with a forward looking approach, focusing only on the positive. In addition to this, Becky always ensures that you feel comfortable and you are never rushed out!
I would recommend going to see this amazing lady Rebecca at Shambala. It is a wonderful calming place in the Village of Hutton. She is such a lovely , kind person and really helps you, no matter what your tackling.
Having had the toughest five years of my life, I was recommend by a friend to see Becky at the shambala practice. She became my life line and has coached me back to the confidence to live my life without despair and anxiety that were over taken by PTSD. Becky is unique as a therapist, not only does she have a wealth of years of experience she appoints a client to their exact needs, time frames don’t exist !! By that I mean your never rushed in and out in an hour as with every therapist I sought help from prior to meeting her , the sessions are completely dictated to your own needs. The type of care and counselling she gave me has helped my to recover and become my self again. I can never thank her enough to making me feel so happy and alive again.
