I have nothing positive to say. I used them last year and it was a nightmare trying to get hold of Jon, and his assistant had to apologise constantly. This year it was a step worse - Impossible to speak to anyone at all - the phone line is never answered. I have no idea what's happened behind the scenes as several years ago Jon Cooper was a credible Tax advisor.
